KUNDANITES PREMIER LEAGUE 2025

Kundan Vidya Mandir Alumni Association (KVMAA) welcomes the alumni for the 9th season of KUNDANITES PREMIER LEAGUE (KPL-9) from January 2, 2026 to January 11, 2026 in the school.

Following Are The Rules And Regulations Regarding Registration For Kpl-9 (2026):-

  1. The tournament will be played in 2 groups- A and B like the previous seasons of KPL. The cut-off batch for Group A (Senior Group) is 2004. NO PLAYER FROM BATCH 2005 AND ONWARD WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE SENIOR GROUP A. However, players from 2004 and Pre-2004 batches can play in the Junior Group B by registering for the player auction and filling out the junior group registration form. In case of any conflict, the technical committee’s decision will be final.
  2. The charges for participating in KPL-9 are ₹ 36,000/- per team for the Senior Group A (upto 12 players allowed; ₹3000 per player for any extra player, maximum 15 players permissible in a team). For the Junior Group B, the charges are ₹ 3000/- per player. Each junior group team will have 12 players each in their squad who will be distributed through player auction process. Please take note that jerseys will be provided by KVMAA.
  3. Registration for participation in KPL-9 will be done strictly on first-come-first-serve basis and WILL REMAIN OPEN FROM 16 OCTOBER, 2025 (3:30 PM START) TO 18 OCTOBER, 2025 for the junior group. Senior Group Registration will open from OCTOBER 24, 2025 TO OCTOBER 27, 2025. No entries for registration will be entertained thereafter. (Registration forms are different for Senior and Junior Groups).
  4. REGISTRATION IS ALSO OPEN FOR HUSBANDS OF REGISTERED FEMALE ALUMNI OF KVM (Please take note that their registration will be kept on hold and will be confirmed post verification of documents only). This is applicable for both senior and junior groups. Spouse player cannot become the captain (or manager) of the team for both senior and junior teams. ATTENDANCE OF THE FEMALE ALUMNUS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL MATCHES THAT THEIR SPOUSE IS PLAYING. ENTRY AND EXIT SIGNATURES FOR THE FEMALE ALUMNUS WILL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE. Non-Compliance will be penalized.
  5. SENIOR GROUP REGISTRATION INFORMATION: The registration has to be done by the Team Captain (or Manager) and can be done at the link https://forms.gle/p5D61veHzj52BDrT8 by filling the details and making the payment which can be done in cash/cheque/DD deposit at school reception or via bank transfer (NEFT) or QR code scan and pay. T-shirt sizes have to be provided by the senior group captains for all players in the team at the time of the 1st captains meeting which will be held latest upto November 9, 2025. No interchanging of players across teams will be allowed once the team forms are submitted at this meeting. Any other forced change due to injury or any unforeseen circumstances (but not from any other team) will be entertained upto December 10, 2025. Any changes in the team members after December 10, 2025 will be chargeable at ₹ 2000/- per player. KVMAA will not be responsible for providing t-shirt for the changed player. For any individual player who is not a part of any team, please contact at the below mentioned numbers or mail us at kvmaakvm@gmail.com. For the Senior Teams, more than 1 spouse entry per team will be allowed after all the teams have a single spouse entry.
  6. JUNIOR GROUP REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Each player has to register individually at the link https://kvmalumni.com by filling the details and making the required payment. The further process of registration of junior players is explained ahead. Any player who has played in the previous seasons of KPL in the junior group is part of the Prospective Auction Pool for KPL-9 and KVMAA welcomes all of them to be a part of KPL again. REGISTRATION IS ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND OPEN ONLY TO FIRST 108 PLAYERS. REGISTRATION FOR PLAYER 109 TO PLAYER 120 WILL GO TO THE WAITING LIST. THE REGISTRATION WILL END AS AND WHEN 120 PLAYERS ARE COMPLETE EVEN IF BEFORE THE LAST DATE OF OCTOBER 18, 2025. ALSO, FOR SPOUSE PLAYERS, NOT MORE THAN 9 ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE JUNIOR GROUP.
  7. The captain and manager of each team have to be two distinct players from the team and only these are allowed at the captains meeting. No other team representative is allowed.
  8. Captain/ (Team Manager in the absence of captain) shall be responsible for the code of conduct of the players as well their guests. The players shall have to give consent form for code of conduct to be followed and undertaking of medical fitness. Any other kind of medical issue has to be brought forward to the notice of the organisers before the start of the game. KVMAA will not be responsible for any physical injury to the players.

Important Note:-

The tournament is open ONLY to the Registered members of KVMAA. Those who are not the registered members of KVMAA have to register first by making payment of ₹ 3000/-. For that please contact at the numbers below. Post this registration only, the entry for participation in the cricket tournament will be considered. (Please ignore if already registered and playing previous seasons) KVMAA reserves the right to change the dates and format in cases like weather, instructions from School Administration, more number of teams or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Registration Rules For Junior Group Players For Kpl-9 (2026) Is As Follows:

  1. There shall be 12 members in each team and each of the teams can retain maximum of 3 members from their squad of previous two seasons (KPL-8 and KPL-7). Rest of the 9 members shall be taken by the process of auction by points system. The captain also has the right to acquire 1 out these 9 players through RIGHT TO MATCH* card.
  2. Captains/(or Managers) for Previous two seasons (KPL-8 and KPL-7) shall be preferred for choosing and auctioning of the players. In case of any conflict, the decision of the technical committee shall be binding and final. Please take note that priority will be given to the captains/managers of KPL-8 over KPL-7. In between the captain and the manager, the captain will be given the priority. In case of any conflict, the decision of the technical committee shall be final and binding. One player out of the 3 retained players from the previous season is necessarily required to be the Captain/Manager of the team for KPL-9. The other choice for the Captain/Manager (whichever post is pending) is required to be submitted within 2 days from the conclusion of the auction process. SPOUSE PLAYER CANNOT BECOME THE CAPTAIN OF THE TEAM. HE CAN HOWEVER BE RETAINED BY THE PREVIOUS TEAM LIKE OTHER PLAYERS.
  3. KVMAA also invites all together new teams for the tournament who can register with an altogether new 12 KVMAA Registrations. Such a new team has the option to play as a full team or can also retain 3 players out of those 12 new players submitted and rest of the 9 players will go into the Auction Pool. For any query regarding this, manager/ captain of this probable new team can contact us at the below mentioned numbers.
  4. As soon as the registration process is over, we shall intimate you the date of meeting with the prospective Captains/ Managers, to brief them about the idea of Auction Process, its rules and any other query which can be looked into by the technical team. IMPORTANT: Before this meeting, the captains/managers have to submit the list of players retained by them along with their VIDEO OF CONSENT.
  5. While filling out the registration form for player auction (for male players who have not played in KPL-7 or KPL-8), please keep your Govt ID proof (any) and KVM schooling proof (any) with you for ease in registration documents. For registration of husband of registered female alumni, please keep your Govt ID proof (any), KVM schooling proof (any), yours and your husband’s profile picture, your husband’s govt id proof with you.
  6. Please take note that the registration fees is non-refundable for any player(s) who backs out at any stage after completing his registration. Such a player(s) will also be barred from participating in any further season of Kundanites Premier League. Also, if any player, after giving confirmation to play in the participation form, does not turn up at the time of match, he will be barred to play in any further season of KPL if any complaint is received for the same from the captain/manager of the team. In case of any conflict, the decision of the KPL-9 technical committee shall be final.
  7. Preference for captaincy of a junior team will be given to the captain who’s maximum players from KPL-8 or KPL-7 have registered themselves for KPL-9. In between KPL-8 and KPL-7, KPL-8 will be given priority.

Right To Match:

The Right To Match or RTM card gives the captain an opportunity to buy back a player they were unable to retain ahead of the auctions. After the highest bid for a particular player is determined, the team that previously owned the said player has the right to match the bid and get the player back into their team. However, after the said highest bid is determined, the competing team will have one final opportunity to raise their bid after the RTM Card is used. The previous owner team will now have to match this bid to retain their player. If they do not retain the player at the modified bid, the player will go to the competing team at the modified bid.

Payment For Kpl-9 Senior Team Registration Or/and Membership Registration Can Be Made Via The Following Modes:
